Lithuanian Armed Forces-LAF

Playing Pr for about 2 years and I realy want to create faction for my buddies from Lithuania(because ~30 playing now), but don't know from what should i start.
I could realy use some help from the players that have experience on this thing.I think LAF is pretty "Badass" so other players from other countries or another contignent would like it too.I would like to add LAF as BluFor.I would really like to see them fighting in maps against Taliban, because they're there now.If anybody wants inf. just type "Lithuanian soldier" or "Lithuanian soldiers in Afghanistan".
