Instant zoom out

Hi guys,

What is the variable that determines how fast you can zoom out of ironsights/scopes after firing? I'm making changes to some bolt-action rifles but when I'm in game I notice that, after firing a shot, my right-click to instantly zoom out of scope/sight does not register for a good 2 seconds. Is there a particular variable in the weapon's file that would fix that?
