[HELP] Searching for 3DS max v9

I am searching for 3DS max v9 in order to help out com facs and mod bf2 myself.

I currently use the 2013 version but I can't find v9 :(

Does anyone know if v9 is still purchasable on the Internet?

If no, is there any other 3d program that is compatible with bf2?
