Error Loading StaticMesh for removed object.

As seen in the Assault On Grozny thread, the 30x30waterplane does not seem to be included with Project Reality anymore, and thus when loading up this old map (Circa 0.874), it coughs up an error@46% saying that it cannot load the 30x30 waterplane. I proceeded to delete it from the staticobjects.con, but now this pops up, indicating that something else is looking for it, and what could that be?
